Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each player may register and maintain only one account on the rtv777 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and a permanent ban from the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your rtv777 account, including any wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share access to your account with any third party.

• Account registration must use accurate, current, and truthful personal information.
• You must notify rtv777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

All financial transactions on the rtv777 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). rtv777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. Additional payment methods may be made available at rtv777's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally processed instantly. rtv777 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or funds from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

rtv777 reserves the right to reject any deposit if we have reasonable grounds to believe the funds are derived from illegal activity or if the deposit does not comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the rtv777 account portal. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. rtv777 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding established thresholds. Processing times vary by payment method but rtv777 targets completion within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts.

• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player before processing is complete.
• rtv777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawal requests that would reduce an account balance below the minimum required to satisfy active bonus wagering requirements may be declined pending completion of those requirements.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of rtv777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtv777 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if rtv777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rtv777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside rtv777's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. rtv777 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.

rtv777's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at rtv777.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

rtv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where rtv777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been violated, that fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred, or that it is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Upon account closure for a material breach of these Terms, rtv777 may forfeit any remaining bonus balances. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required review process.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their rtv777 account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 24 hours of a verified request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, except where mandatory consumer protection law in another jurisdiction may apply.
